Responsibilities: • Analyze incidents and enhancement requests within Oracle Fusion Financials modules, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather and document comprehensive business and technical requirements. • Translate complex requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with system capabilities and business needs. • Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and debugging for Oracle Fusion Financials modules. • Prepare and maintain process documentation, including technical diagrams and post-implementation support plans. • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Financials, advising on configurations, workflows, security roles, and reporting. • Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets, identifying patterns and opportunities for system enhancements. • Work closely with development teams to implement automation and process improvements for financial systems. • Ensure compliance with change management and testing best practices throughout project lifecycles.
