  • <p>We are seeking an Audience Segmentation & Marketing Data Specialist to join our client's marketing team. This Specialist will play a key role in optimizing campaign performance and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies using behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data</li><li>Partner closely with analytics and data teams to define audience criteria and build actionable segments</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between audience management and campaign goals/KPIs</li><li>Generate ad hoc reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse to support marketing efforts</li><li>Work with project leads, data analysts, and end-users to automate audience-related tasks</li><li>Maintain data loads within our marketing automation platform and troubleshoot related issues with internal and external teams</li><li>Ensure audience management practices are compliant with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA</li><li>Support A/B testing and audience experimentation to continuously refine targeting strategies</li><li>Document audience definitions, workflows, and best practices to ensure cross-functional visibility</li></ul><p><br></p>
