This is a high-impact role for a Salesforce detail oriented who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex integration challenges, and is comfortable leading technical delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment. The organization relies heavily on Salesforce for faculty-facing systems with deep integrations into other core business systems, making integration expertise and end-to-end systems thinking essential to success in this role. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What You'll Do </strong></p><p>Take ownership of existing applications and active project workstreams </p><p>Serve as the primary hands-on developer and technical owner within your assigned area </p><p>Own a specific business value stream and drive its ongoing development and support </p><p>Lead and support offshore development resources </p><p>Conduct code reviews and help uphold development best practices </p><p>Participate in and help manage bi-weekly production deployments </p><p>Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting integration failures and data flow issues across systems </p><p>Balance a workload of approximately 80% new development and 20% production support </p><p>Think beyond the Salesforce ecosystem to understand and resolve end-to-end integration issues</p><p><br></p>
