The successful candidate will have <strong>7+ years of prior real estate property accounting and construction development experience.</strong> Accounting, Finance or Business degree required, and prior real estate accounting industry experience preferably in Residential / Multi-Family properties is also required. Experience with SAGE Intaact, ProCore and / or AppFolio software is a plus. Must have supervisory and good leadership skills as well. Salary range $170-225K range plus bonus depending on experience plus good benefits. This position is an instrumental part of this fast-growing and close-knit company. Potential growth here as well as the company expands and adds additional staff in the future. Position will work very closely with the ownership of the firm as well. </p>
