In this role, you will assist the CFO with a variety of financial tasks, including preparing reports, managing payroll, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities:• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.• Process biweekly payroll and generate related reports for internal use.• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes to ensure timely reporting.• Support internal and external audit efforts by preparing necessary documentation and records.• Coordinate occasional travel bookings and file paperwork as required. This role offers quite a bit of WFH. To be considered candidates must live in Colorado.
