In this role, you will be responsible for managing foreclosure processes, assisting with loan administration tasks, and providing support to ensure compliance with state guidelines. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Retrieve and process data and requests from partner state attorneys, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Prepare foreclosure files for referral to attorneys and handle claims processing, including documentation requirements.</p><p>• Communicate daily with attorneys, paralegals, and title companies to address inquiries and provide updates.</p><p>• Order original collateral files when necessary, ensuring proper custody and secure handling.</p><p>• Process and file lien releases, foreclosure judgments, and other legal documents with county clerks.</p><p>• Conduct initial quality control checks for the execution of foreclosure-related financial documents.</p><p>• Monitor foreclosure reports and support compliance with state-specific timelines and milestones.</p><p>• Research and resolve title issues, providing assistance throughout the foreclosure process for judicial and non-judicial filings.</p><p>• Track and manage attorney invoices and bills, ensuring proper documentation and payment.</p><p>• Assist with borrower inquiries related to foreclosure and prioritize daily tasks and documentation.</p>
