This role will be part of a dynamic team that ensures efficient payroll processing for their workforce. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities </p><p>• Handle payroll processing tasks on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely execution</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to gather and input time data into the payroll system every week</p><p>• Assist with employee payroll inquiries, including clarifications about W2 forms and payroll taxes, and answer emails promptly</p><p>• Ensure correct deductions and earnings calculations, and handle retro-pay adjustments for promotions and leaves of absence</p><p>• Utilize the Workday platform for payroll processing and maintain a clear understanding of its functionalities</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments, including Accounts Payable, to ensure seamless payroll operations</p><p>• Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies to maintain accurate records</p><p>• Assist with off-cycle payroll processes as needed</p><p>• Maintain a clear line of communication with employees and managers regarding payroll-related matters</p><p>• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor</p>
