The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance and a proven track record of managing revenue integrity and payer relations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and manage accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, and reconciliations, to ensure accurate and timely revenue processing.</p><p>• Develop and implement strategies for maintaining compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services and healthcare program requirements.</p><p>• Oversee authorization management processes to ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.</p><p>• Handle audits and corrective action plans, ensuring compliance with state and program guidelines.</p><p>• Manage payer relations and negotiate contracts to optimize reimbursement.</p><p>• Supervise multi-service teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency across revenue cycle functions.</p><p>• Conduct regular reviews of aging reports and cash applications to identify trends and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Ensure proper handling of prior authorizations and account reconciliations to maintain revenue integrity.</p><p>• Monitor healthcare billing workflows for Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance claims to ensure adherence to policies.</p><p>• Provide leadership in supporting fiscal management services and self-directed service models.</p>
