Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter located in our headquarters in Midland, TX. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements • Create and manage job requisitions within our ATS, Workday, and on external platforms • Screen resumes and share strong candidates with appropriate hiring managers for review • Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with the hiring team • Deliver excellent candidate experience to all candidate’s by providing timely updates and maintaining constant, transparent communication • Partner with the HR business and compensation partners on new hire offer composition, followed by offer creation and extension • Work with the HR associate on pre-employment screening and setting candidates up for new hire orientation • Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives by participating in job fairs, community activities and other recruiting related events • Assist with other hiring related projects as directed Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or another related field (or equivalent experience) • 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experience • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc…) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment • Familiarity with Oilfield terminology • Prior experience using Workday • Bilingual – English and Spanish
