Summary: <br>We are seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter located in our headquarters in Midland, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full candidate life cycle across a variety of open roles, primarily in our Field Operations. They will partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring managers to identify hiring needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and manage offers.
