  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. We are also looking for someone to support our social media efforts, sales and marketing initiatives, and help with trade shows. Ideally, this person would be creative, outgoing, proactive, and able to identify what needs to be done and take initiative to help move things forward. <br>You will handle customer inquiries via email, process orders (including EDI orders), and provide support over the phone.
