This onsite position supports customer interactions, administrative coordination, and event-related activities while helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings a service-oriented approach, communicates clearly, and can adapt easily between office responsibilities and occasional travel. Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and other communication channels, providing timely and attentive support.• Enter orders, maintain accurate records, and assist with invoice-related processing to support daily business operations.• Coordinate logistics and materials for company visits, trade school outreach, and event participation.• Represent the company at booths and events, engaging attendees and delivering a positive customer experience during extended periods on site.• Use Microsoft 365 and other business technology tools to complete administrative work and support team workflows.• Partner with internal colleagues to manage changing priorities and contribute to shared operational goals.• Travel out-of-state as needed for events and offsite activities, typically accounting for a small portion of the schedule

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, inventory planning, and material flow for a specialized aerospace manufacturing operation in Kent, Washington. This position plays a key role in securing hard-to-find components, supporting production timelines, and building strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a practical understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and can balance logistics, purchasing, and operational priorities to keep the business moving efficiently. Responsibilities:• Direct sourcing strategies for recycled, repurposed, and specialty materials required for aerospace component production.• Oversee inventory planning and stock control to align material availability with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including negotiations, purchasing activity, and ongoing performance monitoring.• Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse staff to maintain efficient material movement from procurement through production completion.• Evaluate lead times, supply risks, and production requirements to support timely and cost-effective decision-making.• Guide a small onsite team responsible for warehouse support, parts coordination, and purchasing functions.• Use internal systems, including Pentagon, to track inventory, purchasing activity, and supply chain performance.• Identify creative sourcing solutions for difficult-to-obtain materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The salary range for this position is $95k to $120k (negotiable as well).
