Other related duties may be assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>· Utilizing Office 365 Admin portal to set up new users accounts, email profiles, and access permissions.</p><p>· Respond to help desk tickets and provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person</p><p>· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer and network issues.</p><p>· Assist with installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.</p><p>· Maintain and monitor computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.</p><p>· Document issues, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system.</p><p>· Follow standard operating procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.</p><p>· Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.</p><p>· Perform routine system checks and updates.</p><p><br></p>
