An established graphic designer supports the team, so design responsibilities will primarily involve social media content and light updates to existing materials.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Execute marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, print, and web, keeping projects organized and on schedule.</li><li>Manage the social media calendar, create and schedule content, and monitor engagement, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.</li><li>Coordinate the creation, editing, production, and distribution of brochures, flyers, sell sheets, presentations, and other sales materials.</li><li>Support Salesforce adoption and consistent CRM use, including campaign tracking, data accuracy, lead activity, and reporting.</li><li>Compile and analyze marketing and sales data using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI to prepare reports and communicate results to leadership.</li><li>Update website content in WordPress, ensuring information is accurate, current, and consistent with brand standards.</li><li>Support email campaigns through content development, list coordination, deployment, and performance tracking.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and operations on customer communications, sales tools, and initiatives that support consistent pricing practices.</li><li>Develop customer success stories, project highlights, newsletters, and internal communications.</li><li>Coordinate marketing requests, maintain asset libraries, and support events, meetings, and promotional materials as needed.</li></ul>
