This role works closely with technical staff, business leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing professionals to develop compelling, compliant, and high-quality pursuit documents. <strong>This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate the development, writing, editing, production, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other business development materials.</li><li>Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and review processes to ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Collaborate with business development teams, technical staff, project managers, and leadership to gather content and develop winning proposals.</li><li>Research, write, edit, and proofread proposal content, presentations, project profiles, case studies, and marketing collateral.</li><li>Review technical content for clarity, consistency, compliance, grammar, and messaging.</li><li>Facilitate proposal review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate the collection and integration of information from internal teams, partners, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.</li><li>Support interview preparation efforts, including presentation development and leave-behind materials.</li><li>Maintain proposal resources, project information, staff resumes, and marketing content within CRM and knowledge management systems.</li><li>Ensure branding, messaging, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met across all deliverables.</li><li>Provide additional marketing support for presentations, collateral, and special business development initiatives as needed.</li></ul>
