  • <p>We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with relevant experience to support daily front desk operations and office coordination in Texas. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming workplace while balancing receptionist duties, administrative tasks, and event support. The right candidate will be comfortable working on-site in a fast-moving environment, managing details accurately, and anticipating office needs before they arise.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome guests, employees, and visitors with a detail-oriented approach while serving as the first point of contact for the office.</p><p>• Keep the reception area, kitchen, and shared spaces neat, presentable, and ready for daily use and scheduled activities.</p><p>• Prepare, edit, and organize business documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.</p><p>• Record, sort, and maintain receipts in expense tracking tools and cloud-based file storage systems with consistent organization.</p><p>• Design simple promotional materials in Canva and provide coordination support for meetings, catering, and office events.</p><p>• Track stock levels for office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, maintain accurate records, and alert leadership when replenishment is needed.</p><p>• Arrange service appointments with outside vendors and monitor completion of assigned work to ensure quality standards are met.</p><p>• Partner with on-site support staff to assist with room setup, event preparation, cleanup, and related office logistics.</p>
