The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, leveraging user feedback and operational requirements to deliver impactful designs that drive business outcomes. Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of the Elemental App, managing the process from initial concept to final delivery. • Conduct thorough user research, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand user needs. • Create detailed user personas, workflows, and journey maps based on operational use cases. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively. • Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the app. • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and resolve technical constraints. • Align designs with Elemental brand standards while prioritizing usability and user experience. • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and evolving business requirements. • Document design decisions, patterns, and rationale to maintain transparency and clarity for internal teams. • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between product designs and brand messaging.
