<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p> The Project Coordination Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Area Project Manager with the organization, coordination, and administration of construction projects from initial planning through project completion.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><p> Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following activities:</p><ul><li>Provide administrative and project coordination support during all phases of construction projects.</li><li>Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, financial tracking, scope documentation, and contract records.</li><li>Support the development and management of project budgets and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation of RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and other technical materials required for construction activities.</li><li>Evaluate project requirements and assist in sourcing subcontractors by requesting bids, reviewing proposals, and helping determine appropriate selections.</li><li>Monitor project progress by documenting issues, communicating updates to stakeholders, and helping facilitate timely resolution.</li><li>Review construction drawings, technical plans, and project specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.</li><li>Compile detailed material lists and quantity estimates needed for project execution.</li><li>Work with the purchasing team to procure equipment and materials and coordinate delivery timelines.</li><li>Ensure required permits and regulatory approvals are obtained prior to project execution.</li><li>Support the preparation and administration of project change orders and track their impact on scope, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Maintain records related to project costs, completed work, and stored materials for reporting and billing purposes.</li><li>Assist with subcontractor payment documentation and approval processes.</li><li>Organize and maintain digital and physical project records to ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.</li><li>Collaborate with field supervisors and superintendents to support project timelines and budget targets.</li><li>Conduct occasional site visits to assist with coordination efforts, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.</li><li>Participate in project closeout processes, including documentation review and final reporting.</li><li>Coordinate the setup and connection of required utilities for assigned projects, including applications and scheduling with service providers.</li></ul><p><br></p>

As a Marketing Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving the organization's marketing and customer engagement technology stack.
