Litigation Paralegal <br><br>Our client, a very prestigious law firm in the DTC area seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to join their growing team. Qualified applicants will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification and or 5 plus years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal supporting insurance defense cases. The practice areas for this position include personal injury, property damage, and insurance bad faith. A successful candidate will be a team player, be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters and feel comfortable taking the initiative and managing assigned cases. Paralegals are responsible for conducting investigations; research; collecting records; preparing and filing pleadings; case management, including calendaring, and assistance with expert witnesses, trial preparation and trial. This is a full-time direct hire position paying between 75-85K, dependent on experience. This is a hybrid position after the training period.
