This individual will develop practical, scenario-based content that enables consultants, solution architects, and deployment engineers to successfully implement enterprise software solutions in customer environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION TITLE: Principal Technical Content Developer (Contract)</strong></p><p><strong>LOCATION: Remote</strong></p><p><strong>DURATION: 12-Month Contract</strong></p><p><strong>RATE</strong>: <strong>$60 - $70/HOUR</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Develop technical eLearning courses, learning paths, and training materials for software deployment and implementation teams.</li><li>Convert complex configuration processes, integration workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment activities into easy-to-follow training content.</li><li>Create scenario-based learning experiences, hands-on exercises, and real-world implementation simulations.</li><li>Partner with technical subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure training content aligns with product capabilities and deployment best practices.</li><li>Maintain and update existing course content in support of product releases and ongoing enhancement initiatives.</li><li>Design microlearning content and task-based training that addresses common implementation challenges and learner needs.</li><li>Utilize AI tools and existing feedback data to accelerate content creation, outline development, and scenario generation.</li><li>Support LMS course publishing, testing, and launch activities while ensuring adherence to accessibility and content standards.</li></ul><p><br></p>
