  • <p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are working with our client to add a <strong>Senior Scrum Master</strong> to support delivery across their Salesforce ecosystem. This person will be responsible for driving Agile practices, leading scrum ceremonies, and helping delivery teams execute efficiently across Salesforce-focused initiatives.</p><p>This is a high-impact role working closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time delivery of critical customer-facing solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)</li><li>Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement</li><li>Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs</li><li>Remove blockers and drive issue resolution to keep teams on track</li><li>Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics</li><li>Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li><li>Support delivery of Salesforce initiatives (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms)</li><li>Promote accountability, transparency, and a strong Agile culture</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This is a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA.   • We are looking for an experienced Mulesoft Solutions Architect to drive enterprise integration strategy for a manufacturing organization in Locust Grove, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position will focus on building scalable, secure connections across cloud environments, internal business applications, and external partner platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural insight, deep MuleSoft expertise, and the ability to align technical integration solutions with operational and business goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Shape enterprise integration strategies that support reliable data movement across cloud services, internal platforms, and third-party applications, with a strong focus on event-driven architecture using technologies such as Kafka.<br>• Architect and deliver integration solutions through APIs, messaging frameworks, file-based exchanges, and database connectivity methods to meet complex business and system requirements.<br>• Provide technical leadership for the design and optimization of solutions built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term value.<br>• Define and enforce integration governance, including security controls, architectural standards, and best practices for platform usage and solution delivery.<br>• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to convert functional needs into practical, high-quality integration designs.<br>• Guide integration platform transition activities, including cloud environment changes such as Azure to Anypoint Cloud 2.0, while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.<br>• Track system health and improve solution performance by leveraging monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and MuleSoft platform capabilities.<br>• Lead integration architecture efforts for manufacturing systems and related business applications, ensuring dependable interoperability across operational environments.<br>• Produce and maintain clear architectural documentation, including interface mappings, system flow diagrams, and integration design artifacts.<br>• Advise teams during production issues and reliability events by providing architectural support, root cause insight, and recommendations for service improvement.
