- <p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative tied to a merger between two organizations. This role will focus on enhancing, maintaining, and expanding client's enterprise Sitecore CMS environment while leading content migration and rebranding efforts from merging organization's existing web platform into the client's Sitecore ecosystem.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS in enterprise environments, strong front-end development skills, and the ability to work closely with UX/design teams to deliver modern, customer-facing digital experiences. This is a highly visible project with aggressive timelines and requires someone who can contribute immediately with minimal oversight.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise websites using Sitecore CMS (Managed Cloud 10.3).</li><li>Support the migration of merging organization's Umbraco content into the client's Sitecore platform.</li><li>Partner with Marketing Technology (MarTech), UX/UI, and business stakeholders to implement new website features and enhancements.</li><li>Translate Figma designs into responsive, user-friendly web experiences.</li><li>Develop, configure, and customize Sitecore components, templates, layouts, and content structures.</li><li>Collaborate with content authors and marketing teams to improve website usability and content management processes.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical solution discussions.</li><li>Ensure websites meet performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and branding standards.</li><li>Assist with enterprise rebranding initiatives as organizations merge into a unified digital presence.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related defects and production issues.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and best practices around Sitecore development and front-end standards.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is hybrid with 2-3 days/week in the office in Atlanta.
