This Contract-to-long-term position offers an opportunity to support a thriving law firm by handling a variety of administrative tasks and assisting attorneys and paralegal staff with overflow work. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including managing overflow tasks from legal secretaries and paralegals.</p><p>• Perform document shredding, scanning, and copying to maintain organized records.</p><p>• Prepare and stuff envelopes for mailing purposes.</p><p>• Break down and organize closing files for efficient access.</p><p>• Manage electronic copies of documents and ensure accurate filing.</p><p>• Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and staff.</p><p>• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to office protocols.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with COVID-related precautions, including hand sanitation and social distancing where applicable.</p>
