You must have Technical enough skills to UPSKILL a Technical Team, and address the technical gaps. </p><p>• Smaller IT / Tech Team, 2 Direct Reports, 10 – 15 people in IT with a larger company. </p><p>• Prior Infrastructure experience – Current Technical skills with VMware, server support / Windows, O365, and Storage. </p><p>• Any Application Development knowledge and experience with an ERP software package is a Plus ! </p><p>• General understanding of Server and Network performance and troubleshooting; Windows Server, Active Directory & MS Exchange Server, VOIP, Citrix & HyperVisor technology, Networking, and Cloud based technology. O365, Routers / Switches / Storage</p><p>• O365 and Cloud experience</p><p>• Security / Network Security / Generalized Data experience</p><p>• Managing Vendor relationships</p><p>• Manage the data center</p><p>Drive Change!
