This role requires a strong leader capable of managing recruitment strategies while also handling individual requisitions. The ideal candidate will have more than ten years of experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in analytics, process improvement, and working with a variety of personalities. This is a long-term contract opportunity. This role is a "player/coach" who will need to improve efficiencies and procedures of an existing talent acquisition team of recruiters.
