The hours for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative are Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm EST and you must have weekend availability to work one weekend per month. This is a remote position and you may live outside of Louisville, however, you must reside in EST, CST, or MDT. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative must be fluent in Spanish and English.
