Quality Engineer We are offering an exciting opportunity in the regulated device manufacturing industry based in Redmond, Washington (fully on-site). As a Quality Engineer, your main function will be to ensure the quality of our products by managing documents, controlling training processes, and maintaining high standards of engineering quality. Responsibilities: • Execute quality engineering tasks with precision and efficiency• Oversee and manage electronic document management systems such as Fusion, Agile, or Arena• Incorporate document control and training protocols, accounting for 20% of the overall role• Ensure adherence to regulations set by governing bodies such as the FDA and FAA in our manufacturing environments• Utilize skills in Document Management, Document Control, Quality Engineering, and Training to maintain and improve our product quality• Handle customer-related concerns and queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action based on the account status• Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve set objectives and goals.
