We’re looking for a litigation legal assistant al who wants to make a difference in the lives of clients whose experiences are catastrophic and life-altering. You will be part of a litigation team working on complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases from start to finish. You will be responsible for your separate portions of case management and will participate in day-to-day case collaboration. <p>Insurance Coverage Attorney</p><p><br></p><p>Our client, a leading law firm in Denver has an immediate opening for an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience preferred. The Insurance Coverage Attorney will be a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. The candidate should have experience handling insurance coverage disputes in the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and extensive communication with clients.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will also have experience representing clients in insurance coverage matters involving multiple types of insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, pollution liability, marine, directors and officers, professional liability, and errors and omissions. The experience should include reviewing commercial insurance policies, drafting coverage evaluations and reservation of rights letters, and extensive communication with clients regarding coverage issues and coverage positions.</p><p><br></p><p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES</p><p>• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.</p><p>• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with attention to detail.</p><p>• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.</p><p>• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.</p><p>• Work closely with partners on complex litigation matters.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judges, mediators, arbitrators, and other parties involved in the litigation process.</p><p>• Participate in strategy discussions and case planning.</p><p>The Insurance Coverage Attorney would be a JD from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
