This role requires someone with extensive expertise in system administration, legacy hardware, and virtualization technologies. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, security, and operational efficiency across various platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain legacy hardware systems, including servers running Windows Server 2003 and newer versions.<br>• Administer and troubleshoot virtualization environments using Hypervisor technology to optimize resource allocation and isolation.<br>• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 helpdesk support to address complex technical issues and ensure system functionality.<br>• Configure, monitor, and secure systems with Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.<br>• Perform advanced terminal-level work, evaluating system architecture and implementing improvements for stability.<br>• Implement and manage DHCP and DNS configurations to ensure seamless network operations.<br>• Support Mac OS environments, including deploying and managing systems using Jamf Pro.<br>• Troubleshoot VPN technologies to maintain secure remote access for users.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold security protocols and optimize system performance.<br>• Document processes and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient system management.
