The successful candidate will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including managing communications with clients and foreign associates, processing invoices, and coordinating trademark disputes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist in preparing documents for attorney review and filing with the USPTO, including Applications, Office Action Responses, Declarations of Use and Incontestability, Applications for Renewal, and Extensions of Time to Oppose.<br>• Handle the drafting of appropriate identifications of goods and services and the identification of appropriate specimens.<br>• Be responsible for ordering, conducting, and reviewing trademark searches and preparing preliminary summaries.<br>• Take on the task of managing the execution and legalization of documents.<br>• Review investigative summaries and prepare reports and recommendations.<br>• Engage in correspondence with foreign associates regarding searches, filing and prosecuting applications, oppositions, registration maintenance and transfers.<br>• Communicate with clients regarding trademark maintenance requirements.<br>• Assist with trademark due diligence, prepare and record assignments and undertake other chain of title activities related to corporate transactions.<br>• Monitor watch notices and deadlines and coordinate with the docketing team.<br>• Coordinate trademark opposition, cancellation, and other trademark disputes.<br>• Process invoices from foreign associates and other vendors.
