<p>SUMMARY</p><p>The Tax Manager will oversee all aspects of tax accounting and compliance for the companies and related individuals. This role is responsible for periodic and annual financial reporting on the tax basis of accounting as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
