This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-heavy environment and enjoys working with complex documentation tied to long-term construction projects.<br><br>In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and organizing high volumes of construction-related documents submitted by clients. You’ll sift through project files to identify and track key items such as lien waivers, monthly draw affidavits, payment details, and supporting documentation tied to project budgets and schedules of values. You’ll also help reconcile prior and current pay requests, monitor balances to finish, and ensure all required documentation is accurate and up to date across multi-year projects.<br><br>The ideal candidate is highly organized, focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work through large volumes of information efficiently. This role is less about prior experience and more about aptitude, attention to detail, and reliability. Intermediate Excel skills are required.<br><br>This position offers a business casual environment and a consistent schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is primarily onsite, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote once fully trained.
