In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable function, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage administrative and clerical tasks for the Accounts Payable and Finance Department.</p><p>• Execute daily financial processes and controls with accuracy and adherence to company policies.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service to internal business partners.</p><p>• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.</p><p>• Open, sort, and distribute department mail efficiently.</p><p>• Organize, log, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other related documents.</p><p>• Verify, log, and mail checks, including handling expedited requests.</p><p>• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.</p>
