The Accounts Payable Clerk tasks will consist of matching and batching code invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.<br><br>What you get to do every single day<br><br>- Carry out additional tasks as assigned<br><br>- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling<br><br>- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed<br><br>- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department<br><br>- Manage full-cycle A/P<br><br>- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed<br><br>- Assist with internal and external audits as needed<br><br>- Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis<br><br>- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
