This role involves engaging with customers through high-volume outbound calls and contributing to lead generation efforts for our business solutions. As a Contract to permanent position, successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the initial three-month period.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Participate in a mandatory, comprehensive one-week training program to prepare for the role.<br>• Handle high-volume outbound calls daily, reaching out to insurance and mortgage companies with scripted communications.<br>• Make over 300 calls per day while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.<br>• Ensure adherence to call center protocols and deliver excellent customer service.<br>• Utilize provided scripts effectively to generate leads and meet performance targets.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve goals.<br>• Follow scheduling guidelines, including breaks and lunch hours.<br>• Conduct calls using appropriate equipment, including a wired connection for reliability.<br>• Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in company systems.
