In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, managing, and optimizing network and cloud infrastructures, with a focus on Palo Alto security platforms and Azure networking. As this is a Contract-to-Permanent position, we are seeking candidates passionate about delivering innovative solutions and contributing to the success of our IT operations. Responsibilities:• Design and deploy network configurations for Palo Alto firewalls and Azure cloud networking.• Develop and integrate CI/CD pipelines to support network automation in collaboration with DevOps and cloud teams.• Manage and maintain Palo Alto Panorama and Prisma Cloud environments to ensure operational efficiency.• Implement and oversee network monitoring systems, including telemetry streaming, to enhance observability.• Lead updates, patches, and configuration changes to network systems while minimizing downtime.• Provide technical expertise and leadership for office network infrastructure, including wireless and switching systems.• Optimize and manage Meraki network solutions for office environments.• Act as an escalation point for critical network incidents, resolving issues promptly.• Create and maintain documentation for network processes to improve service delivery and operational standards.• Stay informed about emerging technologies and automation tools to enhance network agility and security.
