Responsibilities:• Lead the financial close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations to ensure timely completion.• Generate accurate and insightful financial reports, including monthly balance sheets and profit and loss statements, while providing actionable commentary.• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations across accounts such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and intercompany balances.• Collaborate with teams across Production, Commercial, and Hospitality to ensure accurate cut-offs, accruals, and inventory balances.• Analyze financial data to support ad-hoc projects, including margin analysis, scenario modeling, and deep dives into key metrics.• Investigate discrepancies or inefficiencies in financial processes, identifying root causes and presenting clear recommendations for improvement.• Drive process enhancement initiatives to streamline monthly close procedures and reporting cycles.• Utilize advanced tools, such as Excel and NetSuite, to manage complex reconciliations and reporting needs.• Act as a reliable resource for resolving accounting challenges and supporting leadership with critical financial insights.• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards in all accounting activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-entity environments. • Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems, with expertise in complex reconciliations and reporting. • Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings to non-finance stakeholders effectively. • Proven ability to collaborate with both on-site and remote teams, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork. • Familiarity with cost accounting and annual inventory processes. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy.
