Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide remote, receptionist-style support for a team based in Westminster, Colorado. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and keeping information organized in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for incoming calls, route inquiries to the right teams, and assist with light administrative and payment-related follow-up using business systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Dialpad.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage inbound calls professionally and direct each inquiry to the appropriate department based on the caller’s needs.<br>• Capture accurate and thorough caller details, then relay information to teams such as collections, accounting, and customer support.<br>• Provide basic assistance with payment lookup requests and help connect customers with the right internal contact for resolution.<br>• Bridge communication gaps by sharing relevant updates and messages with the sales team and other internal partners.<br>• Maintain organized records of calls, messages, and follow-up needs to support visibility and accountability.<br>• Use computer-based calling and business platforms to document interactions and support daily customer service activity.<br>• Help ensure questions are addressed efficiently by coordinating information across multiple departments.<br>• Contribute to smooth remote operations by staying responsive, dependable, and attentive during high-volume phone interactions.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and relay information accurately.<br>• A detail-oriented, positive, and service-oriented approach when speaking with customers and internal teams.<br>• Comfort handling frequent phone conversations, including calls that may require patience and extended discussion.<br>• Reliable work habits and a willingness to support coworkers by helping information reach the right people.<br>• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Dialpad.<br>• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting using your own laptop and headset.<br>• Previous customer service, call handling, or order support exposure is helpful, but prior experience is not required.
