We are looking for a DevOps Associate Release Engineer to support release coordination and operational reliability for development and deployment workflows in Westlake, Ohio. This role is well suited for someone early in their DevOps career who enjoys learning new tools, collaborating across technical teams, and helping maintain efficient delivery processes. The ideal candidate brings a solid technical foundation, strong communication skills, and a practical approach to troubleshooting in a service-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate application release activities and help maintain dependable deployment schedules across development and operational teams. • Support DevOps processes by assisting with build, deployment, and environment management tasks using modern engineering tools and best practices. • Monitor scheduled jobs and automated workflows, investigating issues and helping drive timely resolution when problems arise. • Partner with developers, testers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve release readiness and ensure smooth production support. • Contribute to infrastructure and automation efforts involving cloud platforms and configuration tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform. • Maintain source control and deployment documentation to promote consistency, traceability, and team alignment across releases. • Participate in Agile-based delivery activities, including planning, coordination, and continuous improvement discussions. • Work effectively with distributed or offshore team members to keep release work organized, communicated, and on track.

• At least 1 year of experience in information technology or a comparable technical support or engineering environment. • Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly and apply new concepts in a practical setting. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work dependably across multiple teams. • Effective analytical and troubleshooting abilities, supported by sound organization and issue-management skills. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or a similar platform used for release, build, or pipeline management. • Familiarity with cloud, automation, or infrastructure tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Ansible, or Terraform. • Understanding of Git-based version control and Agile software delivery practices. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, completion of an IT bootcamp, or equivalent relevant work experience.
