You’ll play a <strong>vital role</strong> in building automation, streamlining processes, and ensuring system reliability.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems.</li><li>Build CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of systems at scale.</li><li>Automate tools to monitor system health and reliability to support business processes.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.</li><li>Communicate status and risks to product teams.</li><li>Help automate and streamline operations and processes.</li><li>Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li><li>3–5 years of DevOps experience (senior-level preferred).</li><li>Strong experience with AWS (other cloud providers a plus).</li><li>Solid Linux/Unix background.</li><li>Focus on security and risk mitigation through technology.</li><li>Experience with automation tools (Puppet, Terraform, CHEF, Ansible).</li><li>Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, microservices, and message queues.</li><li>Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI, AppVeyor).</li><li>Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Understanding of modern platform technologies and industry best practices.</li><li>Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>
