Compensation Analyst
<p>We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to support a mission-driven nonprofit organization. In this role, you will help evaluate pay practices, provide market-based insights, and contribute to compensation and benefits programs that support organizational goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, advising on pay decisions, and collaborating on total rewards initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Evaluate compensation data for a large employee population to identify trends, maintain internal consistency, and support informed pay decisions.</p><p>• Collaborate with total rewards leadership to develop and refine compensation structures, program options, and competitive practices.</p><p>• Conduct market research for new and existing roles, including salary recommendations related to hiring, internal movement, and merit adjustments.</p><p>• Support the administration of base salary and incentive programs, including annual performance, merit increase, and bonus review cycles.</p><p>• Assist with job documentation, role evaluation, compensation benchmarking, and position classification activities across the organization.</p><p>• Contribute to annual compensation and benefits processes, including merit planning and open enrollment support.</p><p>• Prepare reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to provide analytical insight for human resources projects and strategic planning.</p><p>• Review compensation surveys and benchmark data to help ensure pay practices remain aligned with market standards and organizational needs.</p><p><br></p><p>All interested candidates in this Compensation Analyst role and other fulltime permanent opportunities in human resources and benefits across the Washington, D.C. area please send your resumes Justin Decker via LinkedIn </p>
