Please call Brigitte Mendez @ 909-717-4037 or call your Rober Half Recruiter directly.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and completed on time.</p><p>• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring proper reconciliation and documentation.</p><p>• Coordinate financial statement audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including DCAA requirements.</p><p>• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.</p><p>• Monitor construction accounting processes, ensuring alignment with industry practices and company policies.</p><p>• Utilize Spectrum software to streamline financial reporting and accounting operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement solutions.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards across all financial activities.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within the construction industry.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and general ledger management.</p><p>• Experience with financial statement audits and familiarity with DCAA standards.</p><p>• Proficiency in Spectrum software or similar construction accounting tools.</p><p>• Solid understanding of construction accounting practices and principles.</p><p>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.</p><p>• Bachelor&#39;s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.</p><p>• CPA would be a huge plus.</p>
