We are looking for an Email Developer to join a fast-paced organization in Torrance, CA. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a creative and technically skilled individual who can build effective digital communications that support marketing goals across the business. The role combines email development, design execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality customer-facing content. This position is onsite four days per week and requires someone who can translate business needs into high-quality digital assets. Responsibilities:• Develop and code responsive email campaigns that align with brand standards and support marketing initiatives across sales, parts, service, and other digital channels.• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather project goals, clarify requirements, and shape creative solutions that meet business objectives.• Build, test, and deploy email content using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and AMPScript to ensure reliable performance and audience engagement.• Create and refine visual assets such as layouts, custom graphics, icons, and edited photography for use in email and related digital materials.• Review feedback from team members and business partners, then revise deliverables to improve clarity, design quality, and campaign effectiveness.• Maintain high standards for accuracy, branding, and user experience while managing multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.• Contribute design and development support for broader enterprise marketing needs, including digital content enhancements and campaign asset production.

• Detail-oriented experience in email development within a marketing, creative, or digital production environment.• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and troubleshooting email templates.• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and strong working knowledge of AMPScript.• Familiarity with SQL and Bootstrap in support of email development and campaign execution.• Demonstrated graphic design capabilities, including layout development, image editing, and creation of custom visual elements.• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interpret feedback and convert business requests into effective deliverables.• Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA four days per week as part of a long-term contract assignment.
