This role will focus on managing in house payroll for approximately 220 employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong payroll fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and a steady, approachable communication style.<br><br>Day to day responsibilities include processing payroll for a mixed employee population including salaried staff and hourly employees, reviewing timeclock entries and occasional paper timecards, ensuring accurate payroll reporting, and assisting with benefit related questions as needed. This position will also involve working with light Excel use.<br><br>Top qualifications include at least 1 year of payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and exposure to an accounting or payroll software system. Candidates should be willing to ask questions, collaborative, and professional in communication.<br><br>Additional Info: This is an onsite assignment expected to last approximately 3 months, with a target start date in the last week of February for shadowing and training.
