  • We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Hazelwood, Missouri. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for patients while managing administrative and scheduling tasks efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth daily operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet patients in a friendly and attentive manner, assisting with check-in and check-out processes.<br>• Address patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, and insurance details, ensuring excellent customer service.<br>• Schedule and manage appointments, including cancellations, reschedules, and emergency bookings, while maintaining a productive daily schedule.<br>• Update and maintain patient records, including demographics, medical history, and consent forms, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.<br>• Scan and organize documents such as IDs and insurance cards into digital patient charts.<br>• Facilitate communication between front office staff and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow.<br>• Relay critical patient information or concerns to doctors and other healthcare providers.<br>• Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.<br>• Assist with onboarding new patients and support administrative tasks such as filing and document preparation.<br>• Participate in marketing efforts, including managing patient reviews, referrals, and recall reminders.
