<p>We are looking for a Database Developer to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. This role will focus on building and enhancing data warehouse solutions, improving database performance, and delivering reliable data pipelines that support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across Microsoft SQL Server, Azure data services, ETL development, and business intelligence tools in a collaborative Agile environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Create and maintain scalable data warehouse structures and database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory.</p><p>• Develop robust ETL workflows that extract, transform, validate, and load data from multiple sources into reporting and analytics platforms.</p><p>• Partner with business users and technical teams to convert reporting and data needs into efficient database designs and usable insights.</p><p>• Establish automated processes for data validation, auditing, and quality control to preserve accuracy and consistency across datasets.</p><p>• Improve database reliability and speed through query tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.</p><p>• Support production operations by managing scheduled jobs, troubleshooting failures, and assisting with backup, recovery, and deployment activities.</p><p>• Build ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and related business intelligence tools.</p><p>• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems through APIs, web services, and other data connectivity methods.</p><p>• Participate in technical reviews, testing efforts, and release activities while promoting sound architecture, coding, and security practices.</p><p>• Provide guidance to less experienced developers and contribute to code quality through peer reviews and knowledge sharing.</p>

• 7+ years of experience in database development with significant exposure to data warehousing and analytics environments.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, functions, and complex query development.<br>• Hands-on experience building ETL solutions with Azure Data Factory or comparable data integration platforms.<br>• Strong knowledge of relational database design, data modeling, and data mapping principles.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in database performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan review.<br>• Experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar visualization tools.<br>• Familiarity with Azure-based data platforms, including Azure SQL Database, and understanding of database security, backup, and recovery concepts.<br>• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile delivery environments.
