We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Springfield, Oregon, on a contract basis. This role involves managing key human resources functions, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, payroll systems, and benefits management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Foster and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.<br>• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.<br>• Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for inquiries related to benefits.<br>• Manage payroll operations, including bi-monthly payroll processing and accuracy checks.<br>• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, including workers' compensation requirements.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems, such as Paylocity, to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR functions.<br>• Support the administration of workers' compensation claims and related documentation.<br>• Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and company policies.<br>• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.<br>• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR-related issues.
