• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or at least five years of experience in accounting/finance management.<br>• Proven expertise in nonprofit accounting practices and fund accounting.<br>• Proficiency in Sage Intacct or other web-based accounting platforms.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic financial plans.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Effective leadership and team-building experience.<br>• Knowledge of federal, state, and county tax regulations relevant to nonprofit organizations.
