<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist test-takers at the check-in station, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with testing protocols.</p><p>• Conduct security checks to ensure prohibited items, such as calculators or notes, are not brought into the testing area.</p><p>• Monitor the testing room by performing regular walkthroughs every 10-15 minutes to prevent cheating and maintain a secure environment.</p><p>• Utilize computer applications and web-based systems to manage testing processes efficiently.</p><p>• Perform light administrative tasks, including maintaining records and organizing testing materials.</p><p>• Provide clear instructions to test-takers regarding procedures and rules.</p><p>• Ensure the testing site remains orderly and well-maintained at all times.</p><p>• Assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues related to web-based testing platforms.</p><p>• Uphold strict confidentiality standards and security measures during testing sessions.</p>
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced NetSuite Administrator. This role is responsible for system configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of the business.
