We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team in Draper, Utah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a strong background in agile methodologies and program leadership.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the execution of strategic, business, and technology initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.<br>• Implement and manage agile program management frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.<br>• Drive the adoption of agile practices and maturity plans, such as Scrum implementation and continuous quarterly planning.<br>• Coordinate cross-functional planning activities, including milestone setting, resource allocation, and budget forecasting.<br>• Address escalated project issues, develop solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.<br>• Monitor project metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend operational enhancements.<br>• Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing accomplishments, risks, next steps, and other key metrics.<br>• Ensure alignment across technology ecosystems by collaborating with platform and value stream leaders.<br>• Provide strategic governance by establishing and maintaining standards, processes, and tools for effective project management.<br>• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the technology organization.
