<p>Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Business Systems Analyst </strong>with a strong focus on <strong>Workday HCM</strong> to support and mature HR business processes across the organization. This position is a <strong>6 month contract opportunity that will have the potential to convert to hire and is a Hybrid position (2-3 days onsite).</strong> Apply now!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Details: </strong></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6 month contract with potential to convert</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid (2-3 days onsite / Tuesday and Thursdays)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm PST</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday HCM initiatives.</li><li>Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to mature and optimize business processes.</li><li>Conduct current-state vs. future-state analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Create clear, well-structured documentation, including process flows, requirements, and analysis artifacts.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross functional team members and HR to support enhancements and ongoing initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday core HCM. </li><li>Strong experience conducting gap analysis and defining future-state solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation and present findings clearly.</li><li>Experience using Azure DevOps for sprint reporting and work tracking.</li><li>High emotional intelligence with the ability to work across a wide range of audiences and leadership levels.</li><li>Strong communication and critical thinking skills. </li></ul>
