HR Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Sanger, California. This Contract to permanent position plays a key role in supporting the HR department by managing administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. If you are passionate about human resources and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as needed.<br>• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.<br>• Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and conducting background checks.<br>• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and resolving employee inquiries.<br>• Ensure compliance with federal, state (California-specific), and local employment laws.<br>• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and department, including preparing reports and documents.<br>• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote employee development.<br>• Monitor and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.<br>• Address employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.
<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.</p><p>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR administrative processes. (Paylocity)</p><p>• Strong understanding of federal, state (California-specific), and local employment regulations.</p><p>• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and conducting background checks.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</p><p>• Familiarity with benefits administration and resolving employee inquiries.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>
