We are looking for a Front End Developer to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining websites that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in WordPress and front-end development technologies.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress, JavaScript, and other modern web technologies.<br>• Ensure all websites comply with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA.<br>• Enhance website performance, usability, and search engine optimization to improve user engagement.<br>• Oversee web hosting and integrations, collaborating with external vendors when necessary.<br>• Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across devices and platforms.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.<br>• Continuously update and refine website features to align with organizational goals.<br>• Maintain documentation for web development processes and updates.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.<br>• Demonstrated experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.<br>• Strong understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA.<br>• Familiarity with optimizing websites for search engines and performance.<br>• Ability to manage hosting platforms and integrations effectively.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.<br>• Experience in responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
