Learning & Development Trainer
<p>Supports global team development by coordinating training programs, digital learning design, LMS administration, audits, and content curation. Works with senior L&amp;D, SMEs, internal trainers, and external providers to roll out training aligned with operational needs.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Co-lead global L&amp;D projects; track milestones and deadlines</li><li>Coordinate implementation and adoption of training programs across regions</li><li>Support scheduling, logistics, and communications for in-person and digital training</li><li>Administer multiple LMS platforms (content upload, reporting, upkeep)</li><li>Support audits and pull training/compliance data as needed</li><li>Track participation, collect feedback, and improve programs</li><li>Identify regional training needs and gaps with stakeholders</li><li>Design, curate, and digitize training content with SMEs</li><li>Deliver training and facilitate workshops</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Training delivery methods and adult learning principles</li><li>Digital learning design and delivery</li><li>Qualification tracking / training compliance in an operational setting</li><li>Experience in a multinational or regionally distributed organization</li><li>Training coordination, HR, or operations support (technical/industrial preferred)</li><li>Project management and stakeholder management across regions and time zones</li><li>LMS experience; Storyline/Rise; strong Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Data, IT infrastructure, or technical services experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication, EQ, problem-solving, and ability to work independently to deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p>
